The Management of PREHORQUI, S.A., aware of the responsibility it has acquired when performing the tasks of its activity, has established an Integrated Management System in its Organization, in accordance with the requirements established in the standards:

  • – UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.- Quality Management Systems.
  • – UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015.- Environmental Management Systems.
  • – OHSAS 18001: 2007.- Occupational safety and health management systems.

For all this, resources (material, knowledge, technological and financial) and adequate personnel are provided for the direction and execution of the work to be carried out.

Aenor’s N Mark for your GRC panels

PREHORQUISA, continuing with its involvement in product quality and safety, is the first Spanish company to obtain the AENOR N quality mark for its GRC panels (glass fiber reinforced concrete panels) according to the RP 45.16 Regulation. This seal is a differentiating element in the market, improving the image of the product and generating confidence among customers and consumers.

The AENOR N Mark for GRC panels is not mandatory; it is PREHORQUISA who voluntarily submits its panels to a complete examination by AENOR. In order to certify GRC panels, this body has developed a specific certification system (Particular Regulation PR 45.16) which sets out the technical standards and specifications, the certification procedures and the applicable particularities.

DITplus in GRC prefabricated panel system for facades.

PREHORQUISA obtains the Document of Technical Suitability Plus (DITplus), issued by the Technical Unit of Innovative Products of the Eduardo Torroja Institute of Construction Sciences (IETcc), in GRC prefabricated panel system for facades.

This document contains a favorable technical assessment of the suitability of GRC prefabricated façade panels for use in buildings and evaluates voluntary aspects not covered or complementary to those covered by the CE marking. Therefore, this document should be considered as a mark of quality.

DITplus ensures PREHORQUISA’s production self-control and allows to ensure the regularity and homogeneity of the manufactured GRC panels and their traceability in order to guarantee that all the final performances of the product are similar to those evaluated in the DITplus.

ADAP in architectural panels and GRC certified by TECNALIA

PREHORQUISA obtains the ADAP certificates (Environmental Product Self-Declaration), verified by Tecnalia Certificacion for reinforced concrete and GRC.

The ADAP sets out, in a document verified by an independent third party (TECNALIA), the results of this objective environmental assessment. The content of that ADAP and the details of what to consider in the corresponding LCA (life cycle analysis) study will come defined either in a standard, in this case in UNE-EN 16757:2018 “Sustainability of construction works. Environmental product declarations. Product Category Rules for concrete and concrete elements”, which in turn is referenced in the European standard UNE-EN 15804:2012+A1:2014, which establishes common product category rules (PCR) for the construction sector. In this way, ADAP will provide an environmental profile based on quantified and verifiable data, using a series of standardized impact categories (environmental impact indicators, resource consumption indicators, wastes and outflows) whose values obtained are those shown in the tables in the Annex to this document. Within the possible ecolabels, as established by the international standard ISO 14021:2016, this is a type III label.

Thanks to ANDECE Prefabricados de Hormigón for its computer tool to generate specific product-specific environmental self-declarations by Tecnalia Certificacion, a body recognised by the international EPD® System and the only national entity accredited by Entidad Nacional de Acreditación – ENAC for the UNE-EN 15804 and ISO 14025 standards.
