Generally, the phases of the production process are as follows:
GRC precasted finishes
The aesthetic characteristics of precast concrete are determined by two factors: tone or color and texture. These are achieved through a combination of the following factors:
- CONCRETE: white or gray.
- ADDITIVES, COLORANTS: pigments, water-repellents, etc.
- TEXTURE: smooth, embossed (pitted, pannilla…), fretwork, special formwork in wood or with elastomeric matrices, photoengraving, etc.
- FINISHES: out of mold, glazes, water repellents, etc.
