Concrete HA-35 (C35 / 45) reinforced with corrugated steel B500SD and insulation of XPS extruded polystyrene sheets.

Process in precast Architectural concrete (AC)
Generally, the phases of the production process are as follows:
Precast finishes Reinforced Concrete
The aesthetic characteristics of precast concrete are determined by two factors: tone or color and texture. These are achieved through a combination of the following factors:
- CONCRETE: white or gray.
- ADDITIVES, COLORANTS: pigments, water repellents, etc.
- TYPE OF ARID: limestone, granitic, siliceous, macael, etc.
- TEXTURE: smooth, embossed, embossed, ribbed, folded sheet metal or elastomeric matrices, photo-etched.
- FINISHES: out of mold, sandblasting, micro-bush-hammering, acid washing, polishing, etc.
